CyberNeel Systems runs FridayOS: the Friday assistant, the indrajaal planner, and Polymux, hosted at systems.cyberneel.com and your own <name>-friday.cyberneel.com, <name>-indrajaal.cyberneel.com and <name>-ccdeck.cyberneel.com addresses. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how to get it deleted. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

  • Your account. Your name, email, the note you send with your access request, and your plan. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card number.
  • What you put in your instance. Chats, tasks, notes, memories, files, and the calendars and other services you connect. This lives in your own private virtual machine on our servers, separate from every other user's.
  • Usage telemetry. Counts, timings, errors and the version you're on, plus any feedback you type in. Never the content of your messages. It's on by default and you can turn it off in /account.

Google and Microsoft calendar data

If you connect a Google or Outlook calendar in indrajaal, it asks for:

  • Google: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar, which lets it see, create, edit and delete events on your calendars.
  • Microsoft: Calendars.ReadWrite, User.Read (your account's name and email, to label the connection) and offline_access (so sync keeps working without signing in again).

We use that access only to:

  • show your calendars and events in indrajaal and keep them in sync, both ways;
  • create, move or delete events when you do it in indrajaal, or when you ask Friday to or approve its suggestion;
  • let Friday answer questions about your schedule and plan your day around it.

Events and the sign-in tokens for your calendar are stored in your instance's database. When you connect, the one-time sign-in code passes through our sign-in service at indrajaal.cyberneel.com, which swaps it for your tokens and hands them back to your instance. That service keeps no copy of your tokens or events.

When Friday needs your schedule to answer you, the relevant events go to the AI service you connected (Claude, ChatGPT or Google), under your own account with that provider. For Fast Voice, a short summary of your schedule and tasks is also processed by a model on our own servers, which doesn't keep it. We don't sell calendar data, use it for ads, use it to train AI models, or share it with anyone else. No person at CyberNeel Systems reads it unless you ask us to for support, it's needed to investigate abuse or a security problem, or the law requires it.

CyberNeel Systems' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else handles your data

  • Your AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), for the conversations you have with Friday.
  • Cloudflare carries traffic between you and your instance.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Brevo sends account emails, such as sign-in codes and your welcome email.
  • Apple delivers push notifications and calls to the iPhone app. The notification text goes through our relay to Apple.

Voice transcription, text-to-speech and quick replies run on models on our own servers.

Keeping and deleting your data

  • Disconnect a calendar: remove it in indrajaal under Settings → Calendars. That deletes its tokens and every synced event from your instance. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or account.live.com/consent/Manage. Anything you discussed with Friday stays in your chat history until you delete it.
  • Delete everything: email [email protected] from your account's address. We destroy your instance, including all of its data, and remove your account within 30 days.
  • After a trial: an instance you don't keep is paused, with its data intact, until you come back or ask us to delete it.

Self-hosting

If you run FridayOS on your own machine, your data stays there and never reaches us, apart from push notifications if you use the relay add-on.

Children

FridayOS isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If we change it in a way that matters, we'll also email you.
